September 20, 2008 marked the day for the fitness, beauty, health  and lifestyle expo at the World Trade Center.

Many health and fitness products from around the world (Asia particularly) were showcased on this one big rectangular room.

Belo Medical Group, being the epitome of beauty enhancement, brought their skin testing machines to give free skin tests to those who are inherently vain who wants to know more on how be vanity virtuous.  If you don’t understand what I just said, I just meant to say, that being vanity virtuous, you take a step ahead to take care about your skin, looks and physical appearance to be more confident about yourselves.

Dr. Belo and Dr. Hayden Kho talked about the Belo products that were swarmed by people.  Though majority of the viewers were in their 30s and above, young ones were also eager to listen (like me perhaps I mean why am I there right?)  I just also want the younger generation to be conscious enough young as they are for their health since prevention is the best medicine.

With this new blog I have, I better yet to encourage young people, as young as they can to really start on treating their bodies like gold because it’s more valuable than gold… Alrighty?
